The Platter of Eternity is a festive piece, inspired by the ambience pavilions generate. It is made of walnut wood and natural veneers that visually engage the eye in the way their lines and colors fold. Finished with lacquer, the platter is perfect for presenting cheese, breads, and sweets, or simply as a base for pots and vases on the table. 

In science, we say that an object is balanced if it is not moving. When an object is balanced, it is in a state of equilibrium. This was the key to design this table.

While our eyes naturally seek out a sense of stability in what we see, we attempt aesthetically to place a visual play of natural wood veneers morphing and folding as an echo of finding the center of gravity of this table.
